ICFRE FRI EIACP Organized GSDP Training cum Awareness programme with women of self help groups in Raiwala

EIACP Programme Centre at ICFRE-Forest Research Institute, Dehradun  organized a one-day training-cum-awareness workshop on Green Skill Development Programme (GSDP) with women of self help groups in Raiwala, Dehradun. This event focused on empowering women from self-help groups by providing them training in bamboo craft. The workshop highlighted how bamboo craft can be a sustainable source of livelihood, teaching participants essential skills to create bamboo-based products. By integrating traditional craftsmanship with green skills, the program aimed to enhance income opportunities for women, fostering both economic and environmental sustainability.
