Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, Government of India, EIACP Programme Centre at ICFRE-Forest Research Institute, Dehradun celebrated the National Science Day 2024 by organizing an essay writing and quiz competition with the M.Sc. students of Forest Research Institute, Deemed to be University. The event started with a talk on ‘National Science Day 2024’ which was delivered by Dr. Parul Bhatt Kotiyal, Coordinator EIACP. Firstly the competition on Essay Writing was organized on the National Science Day theme ‘Indigenous Technology of Viksit Bharat‘. Then, Dr. Abhishek Kumar Verma, EIACP team member, briefed introduction on EIACP and also motivated to participate in the future events conducted by the EIACP from time to time. Lastly, quiz was conducted by the EIACP Team and students enjoyed and learned new things about the contributions of the Indian scientists.
