To cater IT and GIS related services, which mainly comprises of following:

To act as inter-disciplinary centre for Bioinformatics research and to develop primary database on biodiversity
To implement research while applying IT and RS-GIS based tools
To develop essential GIS layers for ongoing projects
To impart trainings to the students of FRI Deemed to be University for IT, Remote Sensing and GIS subjects
