EIACP–RP, FRI Dehradun conducted a City-wide Public Outreach Programme on the occasion of “International Women’s Day” on 8 March 2026, covering multiple locations across Dehradun including Doon Hospital, Race Course, EC Road, Parade Ground, Jakhan, Rajpur, Jogiwala, Ajabpur Kalan, and Centrio Mall. The EIACP-FRI team interacted with diverse groups of women such as police personnel, nurses and doctors, street vendors, girl children, tourists, elderly women in old age homes, and local citizens, celebrating and acknowledging the strength of Nari Shakti while spreading messages of empowerment, respect, and social awareness to around 1000+ women across the city.
